Passed away peacefully on Thursday 4 July 2013 at Te Omanga Hospice surrounded by family.
Dearly loved wife of Keith. Loved mother of John, Victoria, Billy, Laura and Brendan. Cherished grandmother of Felix, Kane and Harrison.
A loved and loving daughter, daughter in law, sister, sister in law , aunty and friend.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Te Omanga Hospice, P O Box 30-814 Lower Hutt 5040 would be appreciated or can be left at the service.

Paula's funeral service will be held at Harbour City Funeral Home, 665 High Street, Lower Hutt on Tuesday 9 July 2013 at 2.00pm thereafter private cremation.
